These terms apply when you use Agape-SV, made by Agape-SV. By using the app you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.

AI guidance is not professional advice

The agents are powered by AI. They can be wrong, and they are not a substitute for medical, mental health, financial or legal advice. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

Subscriptions

• Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID.
• New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
• The subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel it in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Fair use

Don’t misuse the app: no attempts to break it, scrape it, or use it to create harmful content. Daily message limits apply to keep the service fast for everyone.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run the app for you.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.
