Agape-SV (“we”) makes Agape-SV. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and the name you choose.
- What you create in the app: your conversations with the agents, goals, progress and the vitals you choose to focus on.
- Calendar events: only if you allow calendar access. The app reads free and busy times to suggest plans, and adds events only when you tap to add them.
- Purchases: your subscription status. Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your card details.
How we use it
To run the app, give you personal guidance, keep your data in sync across sessions, unlock Pro features and fix bugs. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase: stores your account and app data.
- OpenAI: generates the agents’ replies from your messages. Messages sent through the API are not used to train OpenAI’s models.
- RevenueCat: manages subscription status.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your account and everything linked to it at any time in Settings → Delete account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to support@agapesv.ai.
Children
Agape-SV is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
